Your Organisation

Every Wildflyer user starts with a personal workspace. To collaborate with colleagues, you create or join an organisation.
Creating an organisation
Section titled “Creating an organisation”- Open Settings from the sidebar
- Click Create Organisation
- Give it a name and configure your preferences:
- Timezone — all times in the app display in this timezone
- Units — choose your preferred units for temperature, wind speed, precipitation, and pressure
- Territory — define the geographic area your organisation covers
Inviting team members
Section titled “Inviting team members”- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite
- Enter the person’s email and select their role

| Viewer | Browse the map, view forecasts and incidents |
| Editor | Everything a viewer can, plus: create incidents, manage POIs, configure settings, invite members |
Configuring weather indices
Section titled “Configuring weather indices”Editors can customise which fire weather indices are active and how they’re displayed:
- Go to Settings > Indices
- Enable or disable individual indices (FWI, HDWI, Haines, etc.)
- Adjust danger class thresholds and colours to match your local standards
Switching organisations
Section titled “Switching organisations”If you belong to multiple organisations, switch between them using the organisation selector in the sidebar. Your personal workspace is always available alongside any team organisations.
